Each monthly contest will be limited to one entry per person per household/email address. Only entries submitted following the monthly Newsletter publish date and submitted before midnight of that month’s end date will be counted as part of the monthly giveaway submissions. Last day to enter the giveaway will be June 30, 2023 at 11:59PM. Winners will be announced within one week of the last day of entry date. No purchase necessary to enter. All eligible entries will be complied, and winners will be randomly selected by a third party on or about the next business day following the deadline date. Winners will be notified by both phone and/or email. Failure to respond by either phone or email will deem the winner void and another winner will be selected. Prizes will be mailed to winners from Bell Brothers. Each winner consents to the use of his or her name/likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or exchange for cash. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with receipt of prizes. This contest void where prohibited by law. Decision of Sierra Air will be final in all respects regarding the awarding of prizes. Sierra Air reserves the right to refuse award of prize in the event of non-compliance with the contest’s rules, fraud, misrepresentation, or counterfeit. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in the awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Bell Brothers’ option. If giveaway notification or email is returned as undeliverable, giveaway may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
