I live in winnemucca, NV. My A/C went out last night and we called them in the morning and were up and running within 2 hours of the callout. Amazing customer service and they were so kind and friendly. I will never use another company for my air conditioning services. Thanks Joe you rock.

Tim just left my house after Winter service. It was a pleasure to meet him, and I felt confident he was the man for the job. He was well mannered, considerate, and kind to me and my obnoxious dog. He answered all questions I posed to him about every service, and because he did so with knowledge and confidence, he will bring more business to Sierra Air. You should be proud serious employees like Tim are working and representing Sierra Air.

Heater went out and they were here within 3 hours of my call. Tech was very polite, explained everything before he started working and when he was done. Very professional.

Prompt and courteous with a detailed pre-inspection/service and post-inspection/service instructions so I know what will happen and what the outcome was… highly recommend them and they have been our furnace/AC team for over 20 years.

Words can’t describe the quality service from Sierra Air, what a company. After turning my nose up on the first system they installed, my guy Will shows up next day to hear my concerns and offers to completely remove what they installed and replace it with a completely new heating system for my three car garage, they did. Completely satisfied with the way Will O’Keefe handled everything, not to be left out was their permitting and their installers which are all over it. Thank you again to all at Sierra Air!!!

The service technician was on time (actually early). He did what I asked and examined my furnace for any weaknesses. He completed a thorough service/cleaning and the service charge was reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

The service techs arrived on time, if not early. They were thorough with the job at hand. They explained everything they were doing and how I can maintain our equipment to keep it working as efficiently as possible. The office/phone staff are very helpful as well, even giving me a discount because I needed two things completed in my home. I definitely recommend Sierra Air.

100 Million times over would I recommend Sierra Air! We called them on a Wednesday, had an appointment and estimate Thursday, and installed by Friday!!! What a turn around. Another company we called and who came to estimate still has not called us back with an estimate. Thaddeus Peterson came out Thursday and was awesome. Upfront, quick, friendly, and everything in between. He even stopped by on Friday to see how install was going. Installers were nice and we appreciated their work. With the warm weather here, I finally had a good nights sleep with a new air conditioner!

Sierra Air did a wonderful job with our A/C replacement. Their whole company from Sales reps to the (phone) customer service reps to the A/C techs were so friendly and very professional. Their attention to detail was the best! You can really see the pride and experience in their superb quality workmanship; they not only have the experience and knowledge to get the job done but they also do it well. Steve, our technician doing the work was very professional and thorough in the work done. He explained to us all that he was doing. I was not aware of what was involved in cleaning a duct system. He even climbed on the roof to clean the dryer vent. I was amazed at the amount of dust and debris that he removed. I would definitely recommend this service and Steve In particular. If he is any indication then they hold their service technicians to a high standard.

Answered all our questions, came prepared with mask and shoe covers. He suggested future purchase of compressor saver which we had decided to do today because of the wear on our present system. Very pleasant young man that really cared about our concerns. We would like to recommend Michael for our future heater and air-conditioner care. Great service!

Prompt, courteous service ALWAYS. The technician calls to let us know he’s on the way and uses booties and a mask when he enters our house. Today the hose was stretched out so I can water the plants and after he used it he neatly wound it up next to the spigot. Thanks, Mike!!

Kevin Andrews repaired our a/c. We were told by another company we needed a new motor and fan and it would be a week to get the parts. We called Sierra Air and Kevin came out. He checked the motor and the fan. He assembled them correctly and re-installed them and the a/c works perfectly. You have employees that are professional and knowledgeable.. Thank you Kevin.
