We recognize that not every manufactured piece of heating and cooling equipment is 100% perfect, 100% of the time. It’s rare to have a significant issue with the high-quality systems we install, but just in case, we offer a ‘No Lemons’ guarantee. If your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.

Should further installation service attributable to the original installation of your heating and cooling unit required during the life of your system, we will return and provide that service at no cost to you for as long as you own the system.
24-HOUR FIX IT OR HOTEL GUARANTEE
Unlike most companies, we have a service company. We have a staff of qualified service technicians that are there to serve you in the unlikely event of your system having a problem. We commit to having your system up and running within 24 hours of our arrival or we will put you up in the local Embassy Suites, or equivalent accommodations, for the night at no charge.
